These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the Studio Seven17 website and working with us. By using our site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Studio Seven17 provides virtual and full-service interior design. All design concepts, drawings, recommendations, and deliverables are based on the information you provide. Implementation is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payments & Refunds
Payments are due in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Because our work is custom, all fees are non-refundable once work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate measurements, photos, project details, and any information needed to complete your design. Delays in providing information may delay delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
All design materials—mood boards, layouts, renderings, drawings, selections, and written content—are the property of Studio Seven17.
You may use them only for your own home and may not copy, sell, or distribute them.
5. No Guarantee of Availability
Booking is based on availability. We may decline projects that are outside our scope or capacity.
6. Limitation of Liability
Design recommendations (including layout, furnishings, and finishes) are suggestions.
We are not responsible for:
Installation errors
Contractor work
Product availability or shipping delays
Damages caused by third parties
Measurements you provide incorrectly
Your use of our recommendations is at your discretion.
7. Third-Party Vendors
We may suggest vendors, trades, or products. We are not responsible for their services, quality, or timelines.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
