OUR PROCESS
Phase 1 — Discovery
We begin with a complimentary Discovery Call to learn about your project, answer questions, and make sure we're the right fit. Once you're officially on board, we'll schedule your in-home Design Consultation.
Phase 2 — Consultation
During your in-home Design Consultation, we'll tour your space, discuss your style and priorities, review inspiration, and capture measurements, photos, and videos. This becomes the foundation for every design decision that follows.
Phase 3 — Design Development
We create concept boards, layouts, and initial selections to develop the direction for your space. Once approved, we refine finishes, furniture, and materials for a cohesive, functional, and beautiful result.
Phase 4 — Construction Documents
Our team produces detailed in-house Construction Document (CD) sets for any built-ins, renovations, or custom work. These precise plans ensure clarity for contractors and smooth execution on site.
Phase 5 — Procurement + Sourcing
We order, track, and coordinate every item, communicating with vendors and managing deliveries so everything arrives exactly when it's needed.
Phase 6 — Installation + Styling
We oversee the installation of furniture, décor, and finishes, bringing every design element together with care and attention to detail.
Phase 7 — Final Reveal + Walkthrough
We walk through your completed home together, making sure every detail is just right. Then it's time to enjoy a space that's beautiful, functional, and ready for everyday life.
